 What is Risk Assessment in the workplace:


A risk assessment is a systematic method of looking at work activities, considering what could go wrong, and deciding on suitable control measures.
These control measures are designed to eliminate, reduce or minimize the risks of loss, damage or injury in the workplace.

  Continuous Risk assessment or the Pre-Work check list Likelihood: The possibility of something happening is the likelihood of it occurring. Consequence: It is a result or impact, usually undesirable or unpleasant. Matrix of risk: A risk matrix is a matrix used in risk assessment to describe the amount of risk by weighing the likelihood against the severity of the consequences.
